MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 02-2011

CREATING THE PLANTILLA POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE I IN THE OFFICE OF
THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN, GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, APPROPRIATING FUNDS
THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay, in session assembled, that:

Section 1.

Creation. The plantilla position of Administrative Aide I in the Office of the

Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay is hereby created.

Section 2.

Date of Filling-up. The position of Administrative Aide I shall be filled-up in the year
2011, and upon of the approval of the 2011 Annual Budget of the LGU on review by the
Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Albay.

Section 3.

Salary and Benefits. The employee to be hired for the position of Administrative Aide I
shall receive a monthly salary equivalent to salary Grade I and such other benefits and
emoluments attached to the position pursuant to law, order, circular or ordinance.

Section 4.

Finding. The amount of One Hundred Thirty-four Thousand Three Hundred Seventy
Pesos and Eight Centavos (Php134,370.08) for the position is hereby appropriated in the
annual budget for FY-2011 of the Sangguniang Bayan and every year thereafter.

Section 5.

Repealing Clause. Any ordinance found inconsistent hereof, in whole or in part, is

hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

Section 6.

Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
