MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 04-2011

AMENDING SECTION 22 (b) OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 02, S. 1999, AS
AMENDED, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE GUINOBATAN TRICYCLE CODE OF
1999, THEREBY DELETING THEREOF THE TRAVEL TIME RESTRICTION /
LIMITATION FOR PARADA 11.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay, in session assembled,

that:
Section 1.

Amendatory Provision. Section 22 (b) of the Guinobatan Tricycle Code of 1999,

as amended, which states:
b. That in the of parade 11, tricycles shall be limited to plying the aboveenumerated covered routes from Poblacion only after 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM of the
following day and except in cases of emergency. Between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM,
tricycles plying in this routes shall be limited only up to Mauraro Siete, corner
Ola Road, and the fare shall therefore be accordingly adjusted starting from a
minimum of Php8.00 pesos.
is hereby further amended, by deleting the aboive-stated provision, thereby
deleting/ removing the travel time restriction/ limitation for Parada 11.

Section 2.

Repealing Clause. Any ordinance, or part or parts thereof which are inconsistent
with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed or modified
accordingly.

Section 3.

Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

FEBRUARY 28, 2011.
