IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1.

The counseling of all the students listed in the below merit list must report to the
Department of Marine Engineering, U. V. Patel College of Engineering, Ganpat
Vidyanagar, kherva sharp at

10:00 A.M. on 12th August 2013.

The

students, who will report late, will be eligible for only the available seats at the
time of reporting.
2. Bring following documents which ever applicable to you at the time of admission.
HSC marksheet (all mark sheets if more than one attempt)/Qualifying all
other board marksheet/diploma final year (last two semester) mark sheets.
JEE MAIN 2013 mark sheet (If applicable).
School Leaving Certificate/Transfer certificate/bonafied certificate from
institute/university/board.
Admission will be confirmed on successful passing of the Medical Test
which is to be conducted on Monday by D.G Shipping Approved Doctor

3. At the time of admission, student has to pay the following fees.

Rs. 36,000/- Tuition fees
Rs. 5,000/- Deposit (Refundable)
Rs. 41,000/- Fees for Confirmation of Admission
Remaining fees as per the approved fee structure ( displayed on web site ) has to
be deposited within 10 days of the admission.
