The purpose of Technology Spotlight is to increase teacher awareness of the
myriad of opportunities that technology provides for student learning. The
instructional and assessment needs for students, who are digital learners,
have changed and therefore methods of instruction and assessment must
change as well. As an applicant for Technology Spotlight, you have
recognized that change and are willing to take the steps necessary to inspire
