I dont know how to call this chord, I just call it E7/C#m, cause the whole thing
sounds like E7, but the bass sound is C#m. Note that it is on the 4th fret.
If anybody knows please leave a comment on the youtube
Alternatively you can just play E7 without the bass sound, to replace this cord
