ORGANISATION

for example, a sporting club, business, government department, professional body.
It consists of people trying to influence others to achieve certain objectives that
create wealth or well-being through a variety of processes, technologies, structures
and cultures.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT


Human resource management (HRM or simply HR) is the management of an
organization's workforce, or human resources. It is responsible for the attraction,

selection, training, assessment, and rewarding of employees, while also overseeing


organizational leadership and culture, and ensuring compliance with employment
and labor laws.

Personnel management
Personnel management can be defined as obtaining, using and maintaining a
satisfied workforce. It is a significant part of management concerned with
employees at work and with their relationship within the organization.
