Entry Criteria

Entries can only be accepted from businesses and organisations who base, or a substantial
proportion of business, or have a major project within the Lincolnshire county boundary.
Companies and organisations can enter a maximum of three award categories, providing that
the specific application criteria is fulfilled.
Separate and bespoke applications should be made for each award.
Each award category has its own criteria that must be met when making an application.
Entrants will need to make available whatever additional information is required by the judges
to assist them in reaching a decision.
The judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into before or after
judging. All information received from entrants will be strictly confidential.

Application Guidelines
There is no charge to enter the Lincolnshire Energy Awards.
You need to submit a completed application form for each award category by the closing date
of Friday, May 8, 2015 by posting your entry to: Lincolnshire Energy Awards, Lincolnshire
Media, Ground Floor Witham Wharf, Brayford Wharf East, Lincoln, LN5 7AY or by emailing
energyawards@lincolnshiremedia.co.uk (including Energy Awards Entry in the subject line).
Typed entries will be accepted, alternatively you can enter via
www.lincolnshireecho.co.uk/lincolnshireenergyawards and send in any supporting evidence
via the postal address above.
After the closing date of May 8 our judging panel will complete a shortlist of three finalists for
each category. The judging panel may decide to visit all shortlisted companies to make their
final decision. They will then decide the overall winner of each category from the three
finalists.
If the standard of entries received is not suitable for three finalists per award, the judges will
only put forward those suitable. Likewise, if the entries are of a high standard and an award
warrants more than three finalists, then the judges will honour this.
