It is respectfully submitted that in view of the urgency arising from

holding of the second round of All India Counseling for Undergraduate Medical and Dental colleges on 27 th August, 2012 and
announcement of net availability of seats to be determined on 30 th
August, 2012, the State of Rajasthan has filed I.A. No. _____ of _____
approaching the Honble Supreme Court of India to allow the State
to conduct the State Counseling for Under-graduate Medical and
Dental colleges from 31st August, 2012 to 1st September , 2012.
Further, the State had requested permission to hold the third round
of State Counseling for Under-graduate Medical and Dental colleges
between 16th September, 2012 to 20th September, 2012 and release
the final results on 21st September, 2012 which was much prior to
the deadline of 30th September, 2012 for the admission of students
determined by this Honble Court.
It is therefore, most respectfully submitted that irreparable injury
and harm would be caused to the applicant if the matter is not put
up on the mentioning list tomorrow as the cause of action would die
after 27th August, 2012.
