    Lets look at one of the three main major scale fingerings for the Bb major
    scale.

    Now lets look at pattern 1 that I use within the video tutorial.

    Pattern 1

    Make sure you concentrate on

    Look at the fret-board while you are playing try to see the pattern.
    Try and keep the movement of your left hand smooth.
    Are you muting the strings that are NOT being played?
    Are you using alternate plucking or the raking technique?
