Basic Goodness Exercise (12 Times per Day)

(1) Remember a time when you were slightly angry. Feel that anger in your body
(2) What was I wanting?
(3) Imagine that need being met. What is your feeling when that need was met?
(4) Where is this feeling in your body?
Allow this energy to flow into your entire body. Enjoy!!!!
Two Examples are:

(1) Anger in the body


My jaw
In my arms and hands

(2) What was I wanting?


To be held tenderly
Let me do what I want
