Common procedure of DT data analyse

1. Check if the DT KPIs meet the requirement. If not, capture the figure.
2. Check the Ec/Io distribution, check if they are related to the points that miss
the KPI requirement?
3. Check the RSCP, and check if they are related to the poor Ec/Io?
4. (If new cluster) Check the distribution of each PSC, pay attention to the
crossed antennas.
5. Analyze the points that miss the KPIs point by point.
6. Capture any abnormal phenomena, and give the file a good name.
7. Integrate all the captured figures, then well get the solution.
