Ed Sheeran is an English singer-songwriter. His first big hit was the A-Team. He has

The genre of I See Fire is folk which means it has the style or flavour of folk art.
The song was written for the movie The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug as credit

When I first heard this song, these words and pictures came to my mind:
Sad because the first time I heard the music was when I was in the cinema,

sad dynamics.
Fire because the song is about fire.
Relaxing because of the slow pace and the calm voice.
Hobbit because the song is used in The Hobbit: The desolation of Smaug.
Entertaining because there is a story in the lyrics.

Interpretation
This song gives me a sad and happy feeling because it is used as credit-song in my
favourite movie, whenever I hear this song I think about the Hobbit. On the one hand
side it makes me happy because it remembers me of the hobbit on the other side it
makes me sad because the Hobbit trilogy is finished and there is never going to be a
new one. The song is relaxing because it is a calm song. The lyrics remind me of the
story of the Hobbit.
My impression has changed because it has been a year since the movie was made,
so when I hear this song I dont feel sad because it has been a long time.
Since the release of the song, "I See Fire" it has been listed in 23 music lists in
different countries. In 5 of the 23 countries it was listed number 1. It also
achieved some awards.

Informed Judgment
I think this is a good song because it has different elements which makes it a good
song, like the changing tempo, the image it gives me, beat, the calm voice and the

instruments used really support the song because for example the violin fits with the
slow tempo.
