Team Liberty:

More exciting news on our remodel! Sunday we opened our new addition to the
public. It was a monumental task by the Dairy, Frozen, Non Foods, Grocery and CGO
departments to empty all the sections in the old part of our store and put them in
the new part. I want to thank everyone for the great job that they did! I also want to
thank produce and our meat departments for sending help to move the product
over so we could open on time. The next wave of moves will start next week as we
have to move all the old dairy and frozen cases out of the store. The old shelving
will be dismantled and removed. Then the new floors will be put down and the new
shelving installed. We will be doing this for the next three weeks and then Grocery
and Non Foods reset will be completed. At that point we will start to build our new
Deli department. At the same time we will be starting to construct our new
customer rest rooms which will be near where our security room was located. Meat
department will have their new cooler installed and we will be stating to install
some of their new cases. I want to ask all associates to make sure we are going out
of way to help all customers find any products they are looking for. We only have
about 14 weeks left with our remodel so everyone hang in there and keep up the
good work.
I would like to congratulate Thereon Worden, Duke Charter, Jonathon Mathews,
Ashley Nygard, and Patsy Somers, Robert Diaz, Albert Marrero and Robert Boyles for
their five year anniversary with the company. I also want to congratulate Sylvia
Philips for her fifteenth anniversary.
I want to let everyone know that we are still looking for store demonstrators. If
anyone is interested please contact Donna Magrane. Also if you know anyone that is
looking for a part time job please contact Donna. Dont forget that if you
