Cuts that paper up in different places

Gets seven pieces of paper

Asked to come back and clean

Gets scissors

Scraps and puts in recycle bin

Puts fingers in correct holes/holds correctly

Puts snowflake in mailbox

Says, Im going to make a snowflake.

Moves to block center

Folds paper in half


Starts cutting in various spots

Students are to trace the letter O with stickers
Addison chooses to do the sticker activity first
Sits down at the table
Picks up a piece of paper with the O o on it
Starts placing stickers on it
Takes stickers off paper one at a time
Does not struggle with taking stickers off
Puts them on the O o
A lot of the stickers overlap
She places them right on the line
Does the little o first
Starts on the big O
Only places about 10 stickers on then moves onto another activity

could not pull cord in the opposite direction

Sang Do You Want to Build Snowman, Olafs Summer, Let It Go.


Asked to leave the seatbelt alone

said thank you to her Grandfriend

Held hands walking into the YMCA

waited for the bus with her friend

Got into the room and removed our coats

Grabs aprons
Takes them to the carpet
Puts two chairs together
Puts apron over chairs like a tent
Putting on a magic show
Teacher told her to take it down, not safe
I help her
She takes two chairs from dramatic, puts them together
Puts apron over the top
Addison and other girl under the aprons
I ask both of them to get out and put it up
They crawl out but Addison crawls back in
I removed the apron and put it away

Addison calms down helper leaves
She starts yelling again same thing

Starts yelling and crying again
