This has reference to the charge sheet dated ---- issued to you and the
subsequent enquiry held therein in pursuance to the same. The enquiry was
indicated on --- and ---- and concluded on ----We have now received the findings of the enquiry officer and other connected
papers. After going through the findings of the enquiry officer it is observed that
the enquiry officer has found you guilty of the charges levelled against you in the
charge sheet dated ------ further the copy of the said findings is enclosed
herewith for your perusal and record.
In view of the above circumstances you are hereby asked to show cause within 7
days from the date of receipt of this letter as to why further disciplinary action
should not be taken against you on account of the charges proved against you as
per the findings of the enquiry officer.
Please note that in case you fail to submit any explanation, the Management
shall proceed against you as per the provisions of law.
