February 17, 2015 To Whom It May Concern: | am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Rebecca Dietz. Over the last year, ! have had the pleasure to work with Mrs. Dietz. We were introduced because of the work she was doing in her classroom. Rebecca was using 2 Learning Management Class to provide individual instruction for students by maximizing students’ access to instructional resources. The news of her successful blended learning model was spreading throughout the district. Since then, | have personally seen the desire and drive that Rebecca has to make every student successful. Her passion for student success reflects in her new model of Instruction. Rebecca's decision to transform her classroom does not hinge solely on her high energy and enthusiasm. She thoroughly researches educational reform and makes transformation decisions based on sound data. Her proven success has made her a district Ieader in the area of blended learning. She is working closely with her campus departments and also other middle schools to lead them towards this model of instruction, Rebecca's experience and knowledge is the reason she was selected to serve on the district LMS Selection Committee and the Blended Learning Academy Committee.
