Ss Ss AS ~ Dear Parents, My name is Jenny Leary and I will be student teaching in your childs classroom over the next 8 weeks. Iam greatly looking forward to working under the guidance of Mrs. Dierstein and for the opportunity to learn from her experience. Following student teaching I hope to graduate from Regent University in May with a degree in elementary education. Iwas born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and came to Virginia Beach in January of 2012. I come from a family of educators so I am eager to start my own journy as a teacher. I have always had a passion for working with the youth and have spent countless hours in my own mother’s classroom over the years. In my free time I love to read fictional novels and take dance classes. These next several weeks are going to be so fun and I’m very excited to be teaching in the fifth grade. I’ve spend the last couple days observing the classroom and getting to know your bright student! I look forward to the opportunity to meet you during my time here at New Castle Elementary School.
