To Whom It May Concern:

I am pleased to have been asked to write a letter of recommendation and
endorsement for Cord Leavitt as a candidate for a teaching position.
I worked with Cord for a year and a half as his principal at South Jordan
Middle School, in that time I found Cord to be very thorough in dealing with
his students, always following through and always making sure that he was
looking out for the needs of the students he served. Cords greatest attribute
is his work ethic. He stays after hours helping students work on, and finish
projects. I never observed Cord having a bad day; he is positive, cheerful, and
always willing to help a colleague or student. Needless to say he is a team
player and someone that gets along well with the entire staff. As Mr. Leavitt
taught technology classes, young students gained a better understanding of
how they could be creative with the tools available to them.
I feel that Cord Leavitt would be a quality candidate for a teaching position
and support him in this endeavor.
