Community Garden of Edens Raised Bed Lease Agreement

I will pay a fee of $30, $35, or $40 to cover garden expenses during this
spring/summer season. This fee is non-refundable. I understand this fee covers
the cost of using the land, and water (April August).
I am responsible for providing my own seeds, seedlings, plants, mulch, tools, and
equipment needed for the garden.
I will have something planted in the garden by the first three weeks of the
growing season and keep it planted during spring/summer season.
I can receive support and help maintaining my raised bed on a limited basis by
contacting Marshall Honeywood @ 404-317-0639.
If I must abandon my raised bed for any reason, I will notify Marshall Honeywood
@ 404-317-0639.
I will keep weeds down and maintain the areas immediately surrounding my
raised bed, if any.
If my raised bed becomes unkempt, I understand I will be given 1 weeks notice
to clean it up. At that time, it will be reassigned or tilled in. There will be no
refund.
I will keep trash and litter cleaned from the raised bed, as well as from adjacent
pathways.
I will participate in the spring/ summer clean-ups of the garden.
I will pick only my own crop.
I will not use fertilizers, insecticides or weed repellents.
I will not bring pets to the garden.
I understand that neither the Creation Care nor owners of the land are
responsible for my actions. I, therefore, agree to hold harmless the Creation
Care Team and owners of the land for any liability, damage, loss or claim that
occurs in connection with the use of the garden by me or any of my guests.
