Roles and Responsibilities:
-Minimum 7yrs of SAP experience and at least 5yrs in SAP CRM
-Very good knowledge of SAP Configuration in CRM Service and Sales
- CRM Base customizing, IC Agent, Middleware
-Very good knowledge of integration with ECC
-Deep understanding of SAP architecture, including Oss notes and Support packages
-Basic programming knowledge and debugging skills
-Has a good understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
-Has completed at least 3 E2E project implementations including upgrades
-Has worked in Application support understands adherence SLAs
-Experience in writing Functional specification and working in Onshore & Offshore
delivery model
-Should be able to conduct Requirement gathering and Solution design workshops
-Should be able to interact with UK based customers and our onshore team
members
-Excellent communication skills both written as well as spoken
