Guidelines for the final exam

Hello Students,
While there will be no sample question papers, I would like to provide an overall guideline of the
nature of the questions that you can expect.
There will be 5 questions in total, and the total marks will be 50. There will be a case study
question where you have to provide a use-case and a class or a component diagram to describe
the architecture of a sample system whose requirements will be given in the question.
There will be questions on architecture patterns for which you have to study the POSA book.
There will be question(s) on the concept of architecture views.
There will be question(s) on quality attributes. You need to study important security attributes like
Security, Availability and so on. For this, you need to read POSA book as well as "Documenting
Software Architecture" book-- specifically for security.
