FIELDS OF STUDY Social Work; Sociology; Adapted Physical Education; Youth Outreach Management; Psychology; QUALIFICATION Applicants for undergraduate programmes must; « Have completed and passed Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education; © Candidate must be aged 25 years by September, 2015; * Have obtained passes not below ‘C’ grade in the relevant subjects and no ‘F’ mark in any subject of Advanced Secondary Education Examination or Secondary Education Examination; Not be admitted in any Higher Learning Institution (Local or Foreign); and © Have good health. |. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS (1) Application for Loan Needy selected candidates may apply for loan from Higher Education Students Loans Board to cover air ticket and maintenance costs.(11) Financial support from Russia The University will provide selected candidates with:- * Monthly allowance; * Hostel accommodation; and © Tuition fee. 5. MODE OF APPLICATION ¢ All applicants must attach certified photocopies of Academic Certificates, Transcripts and birth certificate (Result Slip or Statement of results are strictly not accepted) ; and Applicants must indicate reliable contact telephone numbers and mail. 6.0 APPLICATION AND CLOSING DATE Application letters, together with certified copies of relevant certificates and documents, must reach the Embassy of the Russia Federation in Tanzania not more than 5 March, 2015 and copy to ;- Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, P.O.
