Surprise For Mom

It was Mother`s Day. Dad, Kate and Eric planned a surprise dinner.
What should they make? Firt, they looked in a cookbook Dad picked roasted
chicken. Kate picked green beans, with fresh tomato sauce. Eric picked chocolate
cake.
Next Kate put out knives and spoons. Eric put out forks and glasses the timer
buzzed. Dinner was ready.
They heard a key in the door. It was Mom. Surprise! they shouted.
wow! said Mom.
I love surprises.
They ate dinner together. Then they ate the chocolate cake. It was yummy.
Thank you said Mon. This is the best Mothers day ever. The Mon got up. She went
into the living room. When she came back, she had a big smile on her face.
And here are some little surprises for you! she said.

Sorpresa para mam

Era da de la madre. Pap, Kate y Eric planean una cena sorpresa.
Qu debe hacer? Primero, se vean en un libro de cocina que pap eligi pollo
asado. Kate escogi judas verdes, con salsa de tomate fresco. Eric eligi torta de
chocolate.
Kate siguiente apaga cuchillos y cucharas. Eric puesto tenedores y vasos zumb
el temporizador. La cena estaba lista.
Escucharon una llave en la puerta. Era mam. Sorpresa! gritaron.
Wow! dijo mam.
Me encantan las sorpresas.
Coman juntos a cenar. Se comieron la torta de chocolate. Era delicioso.
Gracias, dijo a mam. Este es el da de la madre mejor alguna vez. La madre se
levant. Entr en la sala de estar. Cuando regres, tena una gran sonrisa en su
rostro.

Y aqu estn algunas sorpresas para ti! Ella dijo.

Mr ROSS
Every Tuesday, I go to the market for Mom.
I know how to get to the market because I always see the same friends along the
way.
At the corner, Mrs Mead sit on her porch. Mrs Mead has red curly hair.
On the park bench, Mr Duff feeds the pigeons. Mr Duff has a nice round belly.
At the fruit stand, Arabella sells bananas. Arabella has big blue eyes.
At the market, Mr Ross stands behind the counte. Mr Ross has a brown bushy
beard.
Last tuesday, I passed Mrs Mead with her red curly hair.
I went around Mr Duff with his nice round belly.
I passed Arabella with her big blue eyes.
And I went into the market to see Mr Ross. Oh no!
There was a man I didn`t know behind the counter. Where`s Mr Ross with the brow
bushy beard? I asked the man. Hmmm... Look very carefully. He`s here, the man
said.
I leaned in closer to see the man better. Mr Ross! I cried. Where is your brown
Bushy beard? I shaved it off, Mr Ross said. What do you think.
I think now you`re Mr Ross with the shiny smooth face!

Mr ROSS
Todos los martes, ir al mercado para mam.
S cmo llegar al mercado porque siempre veo a las mismas amistades en el
camino.
En la esquina, la Sra Mead sentarse en su porche. La Sra Mead tiene el pelo
rizado rojo.
En el banco del parque, seor Duff alimenta las palomas. Seor Duff tiene un
buen vientre redondo.
En el stand de fruta, Arabella vende bananas. Arabella tiene grandes ojos azules.

En el mercado, Sr. Ross est parado detrs del mostrador. Mr Ross tiene una
barba tupida marrn.
El martes pasado, pas la Sra Mead con su pelo rizado rojo.
Fui con su vientre redondo buen seor Duff.
Aprob Arabella con sus grandes ojos azules.
Y me met en el mercado para ver a seor Ross. Oh no!
Haba un hombre que no saba que detrs del mostrador. Dnde est el seor
Ross con la barba tupidas cejas? Le pregunt al hombre. Hmmm... Mira muy
cuidadosamente. l est aqu, dijo el hombre.
Yo me inclin ms cerca para ver mejor al hombre. Mr Ross! Llor. Dnde est tu
barba tupida marrn? Me afeit, Sr. Ross dijo. Qu te parece.
Ahora creo que eres seor Ross con la cara lisa brillante!

Hats
Today I`m making a list of the hats I see on my way to school.
The very first hat I see is on my mother`s head. She wears a White hat. She`s on
her way to work at the hospital. She`s a nurse.
I get my books and run for the bus to take me to school. Mr Wolfe, my bus driver,
wears a yellow hat that matches his big yellow bus.
At school, the next hat I see is on Mr Cooper. He`s our janitor and he keeps our
school clean and safe for us. His hat is brown and it has the name of our school on
it.
I din`t see any more hats until lunchtime. In the lunch line, I see three pink hats on
three cooks. The cooks smile and fill my food tray
After lunch, my class goes on a field trip. We`re going to the museum.
Clang! Clang! clang! HONK! HONK! What`s that noise? A fire truck! It passes our
bus. I see two firefighters on the back of the big red truck. The men wear big red
and yellow hats.
In front of Mrs Perkins`s grocery store there are some men working on the steet. A
man pops out of a hole in the street. He wears an orange hardhat.It keeps him safe
and makes it easy for people to see him.
On the way back to school, we pass Mr Doans`s farm. I see him on his tractor. He
waves to the bus. One more hat for my list! His hat is made of straw and keeps his
head cool in the bright sun.
white hats, brown hats, pink hats. Hard hats, soft hats, straw hats. I had a big day
counting hats! How many hats con you count during your day!

Sombreros
Hoy estoy haciendo una lista de los sombreros que veo en mi camino a la escuela.
El primer sombrero que veo est en cabeza de mi madre. Lleva un sombrero
blanco. Est en camino a su trabajo en el hospital. Ella es una enfermera.
Coger los libros y haga funcionar el autobs para llevarme a la escuela. Sr. Wolfe,
mi chofer, lleva un sombrero amarillo que coincida con su gran autobs amarillo.
En la escuela, el sombrero siguiente que veo es el Sr Cooper. Es nuestro conserje
y guarda nuestra escuela limpia y segura para nosotros. El sombrero es de color
marrn y tiene el nombre de nuestra escuela en l.

Yo veo ms sombreros hasta la hora del almuerzo. En la fila del almuerzo, veo tres
sombreros rosa en tres cocineros. Los cocineros sonran y llenan mi bandeja de
alimentos
Despus del almuerzo, mi clase va en un viaje de campo. Vamos al
Museo.<br>Clang! Clang! Clang! TOCA LA BOCINA! TOCA LA BOCINA! Qu es
ese ruido? Un camin de bomberos! Pasa el autobs. Veo dos bomberos en la
parte trasera de la camioneta roja grande. Los hombres llevan sombreros grandes
de color rojos y amarillos.
Frente de tienda de comestibles de la Sra. Perkins hay hombres trabajando en la
calle. Un hombre sale de un agujero en la calle. Lleva un casco naranja.Se lo
mantiene a salvo y hace que sea fcil para la gente a verlo.
En el camino a la escuela, pasamos la granja del Sr. Doans. Lo veo en su tractor.
Agita al autobs. Un sombrero ms para mi lista! El sombrero est hecho de paja y
mantiene la cabeza fra bajo el sol brillante.
Sombreros, sombreros marrn, Rosa sombreros. Sombreros duros, blandos
sombreros, sombreros de paja. Tuve un gran da contando sombreros! Cuntos
sombreros con cuentas durante su da!
