Corporate Financial Reporting and Analysis
Project: Groups I through V
General Guidelines:
1. The company / sector specific information should be accessed
primarily at www.indiainfoline.com . In the alternative, you may
access www.moneycontrol.com . For making a comparison, you must
also use commonly known information (this could also relate to the
external environment of the companies). Valuation Parameters
should be ignored.
2. The last date for submission of the write-up is January 20, 2015, 1700
hrs. It should be submitted as per the guidelines of the APO.
3. The write-up should preferably not exceed 1500 words and must bear
the roll nos.(in ascending order), names, emails, and mobile nos. of all
the concerned group members. Attachments should inter alia include
the financial / other information (of indiainfoline / moneycontrol) on
which you have based your decision (for e.g. Statement of Profit &
Loss and Balance-Sheet).
4. Time permitting, presentations will be made by the groups on
specified dates. A Group presentation must not exceed 15 minutes.
Questions may be asked to one or more group members. Answers
must be given only by that group member who has been asked the
question.
5. Should you find any flaw in the project or need any clarification, I
may be contacted on email / tel. / mobile.

2. Based on the financial / other data (but primarily financial data), make
a comparison of the two companies.
