The Importance of

Asking!
Matthew 7:7 11

Ask, and it will be given to you;

seek, and you will find; knock, and
it will be opened to you. For
everyone who asks, receives, and he
who seeks finds, and to him who
knocks it will be opened

I. God is honored when we ask

Him!
Jesus called us to ask and to keep
on asking, to seek and to keep on
seeking, to knock and keep on
knocking

God is honored when we ask Him!

The verbs in these passages are in
continuous form, that we are to
keep on doing it
In the kingdom of God, asking God
to bless us, show His mercy and
grace to us is honoring His Name!

II. God is happy/delight if we ask

for specific things!
For He will answer and we know the
answer is from God
Sa aklat ng Marcos 10:46
isang bulag na muling nakakita sumunod
na mula noon sa Panginoong Hesus.
Hindi dapat mahiya kundi buong
pananalig na hingin sa Diyos kung ano
ang kailangan Mo.

God is happy/delight if we ask for

specific things!
Hebrews 4:16
Kayat wag na tayong magatubiling
lumapit sa trono ng mahabaging
Diyos at dooy kakamtan natin ang
habag at kalinga sa panahong
kailangan natin ito.

III. God has the power to change

your life and situation by humbly
asking Him!
God gives grace to the humble
James 4:6
Ang pangihingi sa Diyos ay
pagpapakumbaba sa Diyos. Ang
nagpapakumbaba sa Diyos ay kanyang
naming itinataas. Santiago 4:6 10

IV. God encourages us through his

word to ask in Christ Jesus, his
Son, our Lord!
Kung nanantili kayo sa Akin, at
nanatili sa inyo ang mga salita Ko,
hingin ninyo ang inyong maibigan,
at ipagkakaloob sa inyo.
