OSCA Officers meeting held last February 2, 2015 at FEHA Multi-Purpose at 7:00 P.M.

The meeting was called to order by the OSCA Adviser, Dr. Ethelyn Nieto at 8:00 P.M.

MATTERS DISCUSSED:
1. The OSCA will request Ofie Yazon, the former president, who is now the FEHA
president to make an inventory of open spaces in the village. The open space near the
property of Atty. Torres along Dona Juliana St. is being considered to be the site for the
OSCA building. 0fie Yazon was assigned to inform Atty. Torres that we will be using the
open space for the building of OSCA Office.
2. The body agreed that a discount of P100.00 will be given to OSCA members who will
pay their monthly dues annually during the first month. It will be P500.00 only instead of
P600.00.
3. 0fficers were assigned to inform those unregistered senior citizen in the village to join
the association.
4. 0ur project, the Diagnostic Mobile Clinic will be this month of February, date will be
announce later.

5. It was suggested to have another Bingo Social schedule on March 14, 2015 before the
Holy Week. Prizes will come from the proceeds of the sale of the bingo cards.
6. There was a change in the position of 0fficers due to the appointment of our previous
president, 0fie Yazon to the FEHA presidency. Nina Mabalay is the new President, Bart
Viray is the Vice-President for External Affairs and Roger Hipos is the Sgt. At Arms, 0fie
Yazon will be the Asst. Adviser.
7. There will be a general meeting for the OSCA members before the scheduled
Diagnostic Program only the 100 members can avail of this program. It will be a first
come first serve basis.
8. Voters ID is required for the members 80 years old and above to avail of the P500.00
monthly allowance. Those who are not voters in Cainta are not entitled to this benefit.
9. There are some benefits a member can avail from being a member of the OSCA:
A. Discounts on the use of gym and swimming pool.
B. I was suggested to give a garbage drum to each member . Bart Viray was
assigned to canvass for these garbage drums.
10. The secretary reported that there was 160 members registered as of December 5,
2014 and 72 members attended the Christmas Party.
There being no more matters to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 9:25 PM with a
closing prayer led by Bart Viray.
