Production Log Filming [Vlogs]

During week 13, we started to film our main production. This was the most
stressful and tensed week as we had to complete everything on time
without anything avoiding us from filming. However, we came across
many weather issues. Due to this, we couldnt film as firstly, we had to
follow our script and storyboard which had nothing to do with rain,
secondly the ramps and location was completely wet which prevented us
from filming. As we done a risk assessment, we had to make sure of the
different hazards and cautions during our filming. Taking this in account,
we decided to stay safe and not film on rainy days as this could be
extremely dangerous for the character if he skated on wet ramps.
We also had problems of group member coming in late, not turning up and
being ill. In addition to this, the character also never turned up which was
very stressful as he was the main character in the production. This went
on for a day and two, but then we decided to talk everything out and try
and get everything done so that we didnt waste our time unnecessarily.
Due to this, we all worked as a group and supported one another with
problems that we came across.
I helped out with filming the behind scenes as the group was setting up
and discussing the different camera shots and angles. This showed the
progress for our work and production.
