ORDER
Before the Court are plaintiffs expedited motion to vacate stay of judgment (Dkt. No.
53) and amended expedited motion to vacate stay of judgment (Dkt. No. 55). In these filings,
plaintiffs request, among other relief, that the Court direct defendants to respond to the motion
within five days. Plaintiffs filed their amended expedited motion to vacate stay of judgment on
February 20, 2015 (Dkt. No. 55). Defendants have not yet responded to this motion. The Court
directs defendants to respond to plaintiffs expedited motion to vacate stay of judgment by
Monday, March 2, 2015.
