Pursuant to completion of PQ Evaluation Process duly approved by Competent Authority and receipt of
NOC from Funding Agency JICA to PQ Evaluation Result and as adjudged , all the three Applicants
with following compositions are declared as Pre-qualified to submit Bids for above cited Special
Steel Bridges Contract Package [CTP-3A(R )].

The Bid Documents would be made available for sale during 1100hrs to 1700hrs on working days
during the period from 22-11-2013 onwards. The Bid Documents can be purchased on submission of
written request addressed to undersigned along with a payment of INR 50,000/- in the form of DD or
Bankers Cheque from any nationalized Bank or Scheduled Bank of India or any Japanese Bank having
corresponding arrangements with Indian bank in favor of dedicated freight Corridor Corporation of
India Ltd, New Delhi.
