INTRODUCTION
SOURCE OF DATASET
We found our data in the Journal of Statistics Education - Data Archive.
This data set contains information from the Ames Assessors Office used in
computing assessed values for individual residential properties sold in Ames,
Iowa from 2006 to 2010.
The data has 9 column which include 3 nominal and 6 continuous variables.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
CONCLUSION
In order to conduct this project, we have set several objectives:
1.To study the correlation between the variables and Sales Price.
2.To identify if there is relationship between dependent variable and independent
variables.
3.To check the significance of the model.
4.To check model adequacy: normality, homogeneity of error variance and
independence assumption.
5.To check the existence of multicolinearity.
6.To find the best model.
7.To compare group means between zoning 2 and zoning 4.

ONE-WAY ANOVA

Based on the result, it can conclude that our data is normally distributed. For normality,
independence and homogeneity of error variance assumptions are all satisfied. Since our
data are normally distributed, we can proceed all type of parametric tests.
Based on the result also we found that there are several factors that significantly affect
the sale price. There are zoning, lot area, first floor, garage area, living area, kitchen
quality and building type.
