Strengthening interconnection development
Enhancing greater private sector participation in
power development
Encouraging standardisation of equipment for
power development leading to manufacturing of
these equipment within ASEAN;
Cooperation in joint development and utilisation of
energy resources for power generation in ASEAN;
and
Cooperation in human resources development in
the power sector in ASEAN.
