Parrefio, Champion, said pillar, relative to the breakdown of cost estimates for the Network Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery Service Project. The Memorandum of Director De Leon reads: “Relative to Minute Resolution Number 14-0076 ‘In the Matter of the Proposal for Interconnectivity of Network Infrastructure of Comelec Main and Field Offices, Disaster Recovery Site, and Creation of Interconnectivity Committee’ promulgated last January 28, 2014, kindly find attached the breakdown of estimated costs for said Project, specifically for structured cabling, internet service provision, active components and disaster recovery services including co-location site. Please take note that based on market survey and request for information (rfi) from different telecommunication and other relevant service providers, the Interconnectivity Committee which the undersigned currently chairs, has further reduced the budget to ninety-four million eighty four thousand three hundred forty-one pesos (Php94,084,341.00) from ninety five million seven hundred thousand pesos (Php95,700,000.00) and shall be rolled out within this year in two (2) phases — the first having the Palacio Del Gobernador (PDG) Comelec main office and Regions IV and NCR interconnected while the second phase shall be expended to the rest of the other main offices outside PDG and the rest of the other election offices nationwide Further, during the Pre-procurement Conference last March 6, 2014, the Bids and Awards Committee has already secured from the Finance Services Department Director Maria Lea R. Alarkon the availability of funds for the said Project. For your Honors’ consideration, please.” The Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, as follows: 1. To confirm the new Approved Budget Contract for the Interconnectivity of Network Infrastructure of COMELEC Main and Field Offices and Disaster viPage 2 MR. No. 14-0266 Recovery Service Site as approved in Minute Resolution No. 14-0076, in the total amount of Ninety Four Million Eighty Four Thousand Three Hundred Forty One Pesos (P94,084,341.00), as detailed in the hereto attached two (2) — page Budget Breakdown, subject to availability of funds and bidding; and 2. To direct ITD Director Ferdinand P.
