Re: IT Specialist Opening

To whom it may concern,

I was excited to see your opening for an Information Technology Specialist, and I hope to be invited for
an interview.

My background includes IT support as well as management of twenty plus employees. As an IT

coordinator, I was responsible for the 24 hour IT support of 37 Dennys Restaurants. I was accountable
for long-term and day-to-day technical support. I was also responsible for the installation, operation,
and maintenance of the networks, point of sale systems, and surveillance systems.

Most recently, I worked as a restaurant manager. I was responsible for ensuring efficient operation of
the entire restaurant including guest service, labor cost, food cost, and health/safety. I also worked on
developing all employees, leading the safety team, and preparing reports.

In addition to this experience, I am currently studying computer science at the University of North
Carolina at Charlotte. I plan to graduate in the spring of 2016. I have learned a great deal about
computer programming, databases, web development, and technical theory.
