License Agreement

Your use of this software via installation, duplication or in other forms sh

all be deemed as your acceptance of the clauses of this License Agreement and yo
ur consent to enter into this LicenseAgreement with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd
. (hereinafter "Huawei").
1. Software Product (hereinafter "Software")
Software in this Agreement includes computer software and all or any parts o
f the pictures, photographs, icons, animations, records, videos, music, words an
d codes in the computer software as well as such printed materials as instructio
ns, guidelines, and manuals relevant to computer software.
2. Authorization
If you lawfully procure any copy of Software of and from Huawei, you are ent
itled to:
2.1 Use Software
You may install Software in the PC, workstation or network server and use So
ftware within the service scope in order to implement all the functions of Softw
are.
2.2 Make backup for Software
You may make one copy of Software as backup for documentation purpose. But t
he backup shall not violate the provisions in Clause 1 and 2 in Article 3.
2.3 Enjoy technical support
You're entitled to all-round technical support provided by Huawei. You may a
sk Huawei for answers or solutions to any questions and problems encountered dur
ing the installation or use of Software.
2.4 Use the upgraded version
You may use any and all upgraded versions of Software as you may practically
need. But you shall pay for the upgraded version if you are so required by Huaw
ei.
3. Restrictions
3.1 General Restrictions
Your license of Software is limited to the purpose of realizing the function
s of Software. You shall not modify Software, nor conduct reverse engineering, d
ecompiling, or disassembling on Software, nor perform development based on Softw
are to generate new software. When you need to modify Software for the reason of
adaptability or otherwise, you shall request Huawei in writing to implement the
modification.
3.2 Backup
Unless for purpose of normal use or documentation, you shall not copy all or
any part of Software.
3.3 Use
The Software License is confined to your corporation only. You have no right
to transfer, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise provide Software to any third
party without written permission of and from Huawei, whether such provision is
for commercial purpose or not.
3.4 Others
You shall take effective measures to make your staff members or employees co
mply with the provisions in Clause 3.1 and 3.2.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
This software is provided by HUAWEI "as is" and any expressed or implied war
ranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
5. Intellectual Properties and Confidentiality
The copyright of Software, trademark, patent, know-how and any other proprie
tary rights Software may involve are properties of Huawei. You shall not delete,
remove or modify any marks, logos, labels appearing during the installation or
use of Software. You have the right of use them within the authorized scope only
. And you have obligation to keep any Software-relating know-how of Huawei in co
nfidentiality.
This Agreement is governed and construed by the relevant laws of People's Re
public of China.
