GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR FOOD STALLS

The Food Stall will be a charity event

We are tying up with an NGO where the profits earned from food stalls will
be donated

The nominees will be setting up Food Stalls @ Milenge location in two slots
(Afternoon and Evening)

The food stalls will be open for all employees from 2 pm to 3 pm

(Afternoon session ) & 6:30pm - 7:30pm (Evening session)

Nominees to provide the time slot that is suitable for them as per their shift
timings

Cooking in the office premises / Use of Fire is not allowed

Please ensure that no Alcoholic items should be included

The food items should be ready to eat

Stall owners to get their own paper plates to serve the food items

The place (Milenge) needs to be cleaned after the event

Fun Committee
