China can help in development of communication. China is building Hydroelectricity project on Brahmaputra River: China's demand for energy is hight.so tt planned this project to get electricity. Didn't consult India or any in regarding it ==> unilateralism of China. It may affect downstream areas in India. Positive for India: it can buy electricity. Climate change may occur due to projects. China and India Xi Jinping visited India-- mainly economic interested negotiated. Border issue(security issue) not resolved. China promised to invest more in India. Both are two biggest powers of Asia. They should mutually cooperate(and mutually benefit) in redefinition of western role in IR. I we both cooperate we can rise Asia. But Border Issue is a roadblock b/w the both the countries. Jinping assured to settle the Border issue soon.
