Research

Students conducted research on a career (including all the

required training/education, expenses, etc.).

Budgeting

In groups, students were given a budget with which to plan a

birthday party for a toddler boy. Students were not allowed to go
over the budgeted amount nor were they allowed to have money
left over something had to be done with the extra money
(following the concept of zero-based budget).

working on developing a workshop for high school seniors. See
