1. why do you want to go for a management career?

My interest in management had developed while i was working with the

allocating them. I had developed an interest in management from here

2. alternate career
Since this was my first attempt at the C.A.T, my first alternative would be to g
ive a second attempt as it would help me
overcome my weaknesses and fructify my strengths and perform even better than i
did for the first time.Another alternative
that i am considering is to join the masters in mathematics and be a lecturer in
a good institution since i would like to
impart knowledge to people and contribute to the development of the society.
3.strengths and weaknesses
I believe my strength is that i require less time to understand new theories and
concepts.I had experienced this while
i was in the first two years of my graduation.As for the weaknesses, i get distr
acted after i have been concentrating on
something for a while. To cure this, i constantly read in crowded places, especi
ally while i am travelling in the Delhi
Metro.Another weakness that i possess is that i get overconfident at times at ge
t complacent.To get rid of this , while
i am doing a particular task, i tell myself that the task is not yet complete an
d i should not be loose till it has been
completed.
4. significant accomplishment
I believe preparing for the C.A.T was the most significant achievement for me so
far.I read classics, which exposed me
to the vast lake of knowledge about which i was previously unaware.The preparati
on had greatly affected my perception
about things and i was becoming someone who could understand and reason effectiv
ely.
