Ingredients:

Curd (strained, it shoudn't have any water so strain using a cloth) - 1 cup
Condensed milk - 2 table spoon
Paneer - 1 cup
Water - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Milk - 3/4 cup
Corn flour - 2 tea spoon
Custard(vanilla) - 3/4 cup
Coffee decoction - 1 table spoon
Oreo and Borbon biscuit packets - 1 each
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Method:
Base: Remove the cream from biscuits and crush the biscuits and add 1
teaspoon butter( room temperature). Place this mix in a container and add
coffee decoction over it and refrigrate it.
Custard: Boil the milk , add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix water and
cornflour to make a thick paste. Then add this cornflour mix to the boiling
milk and keep stirring on low flame( it will stick to the pan easily). Switch off
the flame after 5 minutes. Let it come to room temperature.
Assembling Tiramisu:
Maste a paste of paneer, custard, condensed milk, curd and condensed
milk using mixer.
Add the cream pieces from biscuits to this paste.
Pour the paste on top of the base in the container and sprinkle a
teaspoon of cocoa powder over it and let it refrigerate for 7 hours or
overnight.

Note:
Cocoa powder can also be replaced with crushed biscuit powder but it should
be very fine in texture.
Biscuits can be replaced with plain thin sponge cake sheet.
