more particularly described in the schedule hereunder written together with

electrical installations and fittings therewith

to hold the same unto the lessee for the period of 11 month from 1-3-2014 to 31-12016 per month towards rent for the said premises, such rent being payable on or
before the fifth day of the months succeeding that in request of which it becomes
due.
The lessee shall deduct txt at source in request of the rent herein reserved at the
applicable rate and prescribed under the income tax Act and amended from time to
time.

to have the right to take away and fixtures that they may attach to the said
premises such as air conditioners ,shades, water heater and other electrical
applications or any items such as owned by the lessee, and to make good any
damages that are occasioned thereby

on the termination of the tenancy yield up the demised premises in as good order
and conditions as the same are now subjects to a reasonable use and wear and
tear, damage by fire, riot or act of god or accident being exempted.
