7- ELEVEN ( SEM ) LISTING

With reference to the above 7-Eleven ( SEM ) Q- BUY at the limit up price ,
rational behind this :
1) There is a Q-BUY too of SEM at limit up of RM 6.90 with 500lots ( 500,000
units) by other party ( not only me , mine only 5 lots ) at 8:35 AM . I just want
to be a bit creative by Q-BUY at limit up of RM 6.90 and later felt a bit nervous
and cancelled it after the other party cancelled it too . Please take note too , there
is a LIMIT DOWN Q SELL at 97 sen too and later on cancelled .
2) From my observation , I have found that the same style of Q- BUY at limit up
many times at the opening of IPO and many times too at market opening @ 8:30
AM , 2:00 PM , 4:45 PM on a daily basis .
3) I found that its no problem before this - with the old BTS @ Bursa Trade
System ( BTS 1 ) when the BTS 1 system smartly absorbed what even price we
q buy or q sell with in the legal limit ( range of prices ) , it will not be an issue at
all as of today . Thanks to the smarter BTS 1 .
4) Till today , I dont know , under the new BTS 2 , its illegal to Q-BUY at a
limit UP or Q-SELL at a limit down price and then cancelled it due to changing
mind .
Again - after all , I am really sorry if its against the BURSA ruling
and sincerely promised not to do it again.
## To the OSK @ RHB management , please sir - do not suspend my
account . I have been with OSK for around 10 years with no debt what
so ever , and this is my first case of violating the bursa rule if any .
From now on , to be safe , I will trade shares the old fashioned
way , to make sure 100 % I am not at risk of violating the Bursa
Trading System 2 ( BTS 2 ) .
May be I will quit trading at all >> give up & closed shop
of mind .
