This is an excelent series of techniques

to practice from the guard.


Note:
Some advanced knowledge is required for
this series.

You start of with a basic armbar from the guard.

Your opponent reaches behind your neck


and starts applying pressure too release his arm.

As he does this you shift you leg to the other side


of his head. And lock in his arm, with which he reached
behind your neck.
You can apply an armbar there.

If your opponent is too strong,


you can easily go for a sankaku from this
position.

Make sure you push his head down


as you apply the triangle.

Your opponent then forces you up.


You shift your hips to the right,
making sure your body is crossed to his.
You can now easily make another armbar.

Now you push with the leg over


your opponents head, forcing him
to his back. You can now submit him
