Your opponent holds you in a tight clinch.

You reach over your opponents arm and place it


behind his neck, pushing the head in the same
direction as you reached your arm in from.

You then reach in with your other arm


from the inside. Meaning your arm
is inbetween the arms of your opponent.

You then pull your opponent to the side


while stepping away from him.
You are now in a good position to make
a knee to the head.
