You're opponent has you in a triangle choke

from which you want to escape.

You try to stand up and grab your opponent behind


his neck. Applying allot of pressure forward.

You pull his neck forward.


As you do this, you come down, makeing a hollow back,
breaking his triangle.

You now let go with your right arm,


getting past his legs.
Its important you press you're hips
towards the ground while doing so.

You block his head and hips by placing your hands


in front of them on the ground, in order to prevent
your opponent to go back to the guard.
