REQUIREMENTS FOR LOAN SELF EMPLOYED.

A. Requirements to be met before Loan Approval
Submission of completed loan application form
Completed/Verified Guarantors form - 1 guarantor
One passport photograph each of applicant & guarantor
3 months statement of account of borrower
Clear copy of applicants & guarantors identity cards
Payment of N2,000 application fee
Copy of companys certificate of incorporation/registration
Copy of contract award/proof of job being executed, if available.
B. Requirements to be met before Loan Disbursement(i.e after
Approval)
Submission of duly accepted offer letter
Receipt of Original Documents of Collateral(Vehicle) with Spare Key
Receipt of signed un-dated letter of transfer of ownership of vehicle
Receipt of signed un-dated sale receipt of vehicle
Confirmation of inspection of collateral-must be at least 150% of loan
sum
Receipt of borrowers post dated cheque (s) for the loan amount &
interest(10% monthly).
Receipt of guarantors post dated cheque for the loan amount &
interest
Receipt of management fee(0.5% of loan sum)
