Kent State Homecoming Queen has been the greatest honor I have received
thus far. First being selected for Homecoming Court and then winning the Queen
title was a truly memorable experience. This award means the most to me
because it showcases my love for Kent State University and how this school has
impacted my life. I was selected for this award because of my outstanding
involvement and social networking on a campus setting.
Coming to college people did not expect me to succeed, it was my duty to prove
them wrong. Therefore, by winning this award it has created a happy ending to
my time at Kent State University and I look forward to crowning next years
winner.
This award makes me a strong candidate for my future employers because I am
considered 1 of 28,000 students for this honor. This award embodies my
motivation, drive, and passion for the things I care about.
