Alur Pengecoran Matt Foundation

Pengecoran menggunakan sistem full depth

 Didalam pengecoran matt foundation yang

terpenting harus dijaga adalah selisih
temperature antara masing-masing lapisan
tidak lebih dari 20 sedangkan selisih
temperature beton dengan suhu diluar
tidak lebih dari 40. Dan perlu menjadi
perhatian juga bahwa suhu beton
maksimum on site adalah 32.

 Untuk menjaga dari cuaca panas dan hujan pada saat

pengecoran matt foundation maka dibuat tenda.

Untuk bottom slab Volume = 506 m3 = 13

Untuk cellular foundation = 526 m3 = 14
jam = 1 hari
- Menggunakan 2 CP
Untuk matt foundation = 2510 m3 = 33 jam
= 2 hari
- Menggunakan 4 CP+1 Stand by
Untuk top slab = 217 m3 = 6 jam = 1 hari
- Menggunakan 2 CP
