Legal studies - rights

Rights are divided into moral and legal rights. Moral rights are those that can
be argued by people from their own ethical view. However, even though
people may argue that a particular law is not fair.
Moral rights and responsibilities are not enforceable, but persuadable.
Only those who are persuaded and believe that these rights and
responsibilities are binding are likely to behave accordingly.
In reality, the passing of new laws and law reform have been influenced by the
moral views shared within a community.
