From the results of the method of separation and leaching of proteins obtained by

centrifugation supernatant containing the protein is at the top layer of worms and
worm lysates containing debris on the bottom layer of the other components of the
worm but the worm protein. Centrifugal force causes the components separately.
From the results of susceptibility testing of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria with
agar diffusion method produced inhibition zone diameter of chloramphenicol as a
comparison but produced no inhibition zone diameter of three protein fractions
worms and also blank. From these results indicate that the worm protein fraction
can not provide the activity on both bacteria Staphylococcus aureus killing
activity (bactericidal) or inhibits the activity of the growth (bacteriostatic). This
indicates that the results are not in accordance with the expressed protein
reference worms have fibrinolytic activity against microbes that can inhibit or kill
growth. These results occur because the worm protein is lost in the process of
either series carried on the influence of the rotation rate lysates senrtifugasi
improper tools and also lost during gel filtration chromatography process because
imprecision in the development of a gel matrix that worm proteins adsorbed on
the matrix. It causes the fractions tested did not contain the protein contained
worms or worm proteins in small amounts so that the concentration has not been
able to provide activity on Staphylococcus aureus.
