This resume journal summarizes a QSAR study of diarylpyridazine derivatives as potential anti-HIV agents. The study was conducted by an 8-member student group from the Pharmacy program at Sriwijaya University in Indonesia. Using density functional theory, the group modeled diarylpyridazine derivatives to understand their activity against HIV and identify the structural properties that influence anti-HIV activity.
